Prompt Vocabulary

Operator-facing prompts must be short and action-based. This vocabulary is the canonical low-literacy language used across the field app, voice prompts and SMS/USSD flows.

Standard prompts

Scan problem	Try again.
Handoff needed	Give load. Scan together.

Payout pending	Waiting check.
Payout ready	Money ready.
